We may update this Privacy Policy periodically to reflect changes in our practices or applicable law. When we make material changes, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of our website or services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before enrolling in any program or purchasing any product or service offered by Melody Morris Intl. ("Company", "We", "Us", or "Our"). Completing a purchase or enrolling in any program constitutes your agreement to be bound by these Terms.
Melody Morris Intl. offers self-healing and intuition development programs, including group immersions, private mentoring, in-person intensives, and digital products (collectively, the "Services"). All Services are provided by Melody Morris, Modern-day Shaman, Speaker, Author, and Teacher of the Quantum Medicine Wheel.
OUR SERVICES ARE NOT A SUBSTITUTE FOR PROFESSIONAL MEDICAL ADVICE, DIAGNOSIS, OR TREATMENT.
The Services offered by Melody Morris Intl. are not therapy, counseling, psychotherapy, or clinical treatment of any kind. Melody Morris is not a licensed therapist, licensed counselor, psychologist, psychiatrist, registered dietitian, or physician.
Always seek the advice of your physician, mental health professional, or other qualified healthcare provider before making changes to your health-related behaviors. Nothing discussed in any session or contained in any program material should be used in place of professional medical guidance.
If you are experiencing a medical emergency, contact 911 or your local emergency services immediately.
Enrollment is confirmed upon receipt of full payment or the first installment of an agreed payment plan. By enrolling, You confirm that You are 18 years of age or older and are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.
All fees are disclosed at the time of purchase. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. By submitting payment information, You authorize Us to charge the applicable fees according to the payment option You selected. You are responsible for any applicable taxes.
Selecting a payment plan does not reduce or waive the total amount owed. All installments are required in full. If a scheduled payment fails, You will be notified promptly and given 5 days to bring the account current. If payment is not received within that window, access to all program materials, sessions, community spaces, and contact methods will be suspended immediately and will remain suspended until the balance is resolved.
Digital products are delivered immediately upon purchase. Because access is granted at the time of sale, the full purchase amount is owed regardless of whether You complete or continue to use the product.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Melody Morris Intl. does not issue refunds on any programs, services, or digital products under any circumstances. By completing your purchase, You acknowledge that You have read and agreed to this policy.
For payment plan enrollments: choosing to stop making payments does not release You from the obligation to pay the full agreed amount. Access will be suspended immediately upon default, and the remaining balance remains legally owed.
If the Company reschedules a program, event, or session and You are unable to attend the revised date, any amounts You have paid may be applied as a credit toward another product or service at the current rate of purchase. Credits are valid for 6 months from the originally scheduled date and are non-transferable.
All live program calls are recorded and transcribed for quality and program development purposes. By enrolling, You consent to being recorded during live sessions. Content from recordings used for any purpose will be fully anonymized. Your name will not be used publicly in any context without your express written permission.
By enrolling, You agree to provide accurate and complete information at the time of enrollment and throughout the program, to attend scheduled sessions or give reasonable advance notice when You cannot, to engage honestly in the process, and to take full responsibility for your own decisions, health, and wellbeing. You understand that individual results vary and are not guaranteed.
All program content — including written materials, frameworks, audio and video recordings, guided practices, and any other resources — is the sole intellectual property of Melody Morris Intl. and is protected under applicable copyright law. Enrollment does not transfer any ownership or intellectual property rights to You. You may not reproduce, distribute, share, resell, or repurpose any program materials in any form without prior written consent from the Company.
Information shared in private sessions is held in confidence. Exceptions apply where disclosure is required by law or where there is a reasonable belief of risk of harm to yourself or others.
For group program participants: You agree not to share personal information disclosed by other participants outside of the group setting. What is shared in the group stays in the group.
Client stories and testimonials shared in our marketing reflect individual experiences only. They are not guarantees of results. Outcomes from our programs depend on many factors — including your individual history, effort, commitment, and circumstances — that are outside our control.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MELODY MORRIS INTL. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OUR SERVICES OR WEBSITE.
Our total liability to You for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or our Services shall not exceed the total amount paid by You to Us in the three (3) months immediately preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Melody Morris Intl. and its owner, Melody Morris, from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses — including reasonable legal fees — arising out of or related to your use of our Services or your violation of these Terms.
You agree not to use our website for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair it. We reserve the right to terminate access at our discretion. Links to third-party websites are included for convenience only. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or privacy practices of any external sites.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of our Services following any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
